What types of products do you sell?

We specialise in high-quality motivational digital prints featuring inspiring quotes paired with stunning AI-generated artwork. Each print is available in PNG and JPEG formats, along with a styling guide to help you display your new piece perfectly.

Are the digital prints high-resolution?

Yes! Our digital prints are high-resolution and perfect for printing at home or through a professional service. The files are optimised to ensure your prints look fantastic on canvas or any other display medium.

Are the prints suitable for framing?

Absolutely! Our prints are designed with framing in mind, and the Styling Guide will help you display them in the best way possible.

What format will I receive my prints in?

Each print purchase includes three files:

  • PNG
  • JPEG
  • Styling Guide (with tips on how to display your print)

Can I use the prints on social media or in my content?

Yes, you can use your prints on social media, blogs, or in any personal content! However, please be mindful not to resell the prints or use them for commercial purposes. Just make sure to tag us or mention us if you share on social media— we'd love to see how you use your prints!

Can I use the prints for commercial purposes?

The prints are for personal use only. You are welcome to use them for home decor or gifts, but they cannot be resold or used for commercial profit. If you're interested in using our artwork for commercial purposes, please contact us to discuss licensing options.

Can I edit the prints after purchasing them?

The prints are ready-to-use in their current format, but you’re welcome to edit them for personal use (such as cropping or adjusting colors) as long as it doesn't violate the usage terms. Please note that reselling modified versions is not allowed.

Can I request a custom quote or design?

We currently don’t offer custom designs, but we’re always open to feedback! If there’s a specific quote or design you’d love to see, feel free to reach out to us at hello@enchantify.co.uk, and we’ll consider it for future collections.

Can I print the digital files myself?

Yes! Once you’ve downloaded your files, you can print them at home or use a local printing service. We recommend using high-quality paper or canvas for the best results.

Are the digital prints available in other languages?

Currently, our prints feature motivational quotes in English, but we may explore adding other languages in the future. Let us know if you're interested in specific languages!

Can I buy a gift card to give as a gift?

Currently, we do not offer gift cards, but we’re considering adding them in the future. In the meantime, you can always send a print as a gift by purchasing it and then sharing the download link with the recipient!

How much do your prints cost?

Our prints are priced at £5.60 each for subscribers (after a 20% discount). The regular price is £7. We also offer special bundle deals!

How do I get the subscriber discount?

Simply sign up to our newsletter using the form at the bottom of any page, and you’ll be emailed your exclusive 20% discount code!

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal and Shopify Payments for added convenience.

How do I access my digital print after purchase?

Once your purchase is complete, you’ll receive an email with download links to your digital prints. You can access them anytime through your account or via the email confirmation.

How long does it take to receive my digital prints?

As soon as your purchase is complete, you'll receive an email with download links to your digital prints. There’s no waiting time - your prints are ready to download immediately after purchase.

What happens if I don't receive my download link?

If you haven't received your download link after purchasing, please check your spam or junk folder. If it’s not there, simply contact us at hello@enchantify.co.uk, and we’ll resend it right away!

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, please reach out to us at hello@enchantify.co.uk, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
